Beginning with the introduction of the Freedom Plan, the discount structure and the qualifications to remain an active Consultant are changing. And BeautiControl has developed plans and promotions to help you maximize your profit potential, remain active, and earn rewards as you build a strong business.
For Consultants and Senior Consultants, it starts with the ability to enjoy a 50% discount level (which can translate into 50% profits) on products. The new 50% discount level now extends through the qualifying month and then through the subsequent month! If you qualify early in the month, you can enjoy almost two full months of this incredible discount level!
Personal Sales Commissions/Discount Level: Discount applied to a single Retail order (single transaction).

* 50% Discount Level - Upon placing a $750 Retail order Consultants will receive the 50% discount level for that order at checkout, and receive the 50% discount level on any size orders for the remainder of the month and the following month. Also, when you place cumulative orders that total $750 or more Retail in a single month, you receive the 50% discount level on that final order that brought your total to $750 for the month and also receive the 50% discount level for the remainder of the month as well as the following month.
Remain Active to earn
The Freedom Plan allows Consultants at every career level to earn an income based on their performance. So being active from booking spas and selling to recruiting new Consultants to join your team is important for everyone.
Active Requirements through December 2010
We are relaxing the Freedom Plan active requirements for the remainder of 2010. To maintain your status as an active Consultant, you will need to place a total of $100 or more in Retail orders every 4 months. For example, you could order $25 Retail in March, $25 Retail in April, $25 Retail in May and $25 Retail in June. As long as your total for 4 consecutive months equals $100 or more Retail, you will maintain your active Status
New Active Requirements starting January 2011
To maintain your status as an active Consultant, you will need to place a total of $150 or more in Retail orders every 3 months. For example, you could order $50 Retail in January, $50 Retail in February and $50 Retail in March. As long as your total for 3 consecutive months equals $150 or more Retail, you will maintain your active status.
2010 Inactive Policy
A Consultant goes inactive when she does not have $100 in cumulative Retail orders in 4 consecutive sales months. Once a Consultant goes inactive, she can become active again by placing a single retail order of $150 or more and receives discount structure on this order and any future orders. Consultants who are inactive do not receive a personal discount, but can order products at Retail. Consultants who are inactive for a total of 12 consecutive months will be dropped/terminated but can sign up again as a new Consultant by purchasing a BeautiCase or Spa Business Builder Case.
Consultants do not lose their personal recruits when they become inactive, however, Consultants who are inactive are not eligible to receive any downline commissions or pay. Only when a Consultant is dropped/terminated will she lose her recruits.
